Waited at window for over 5 minutes, got the completely wrong order and they forgot to give me my water until I asked for it. Girl at window had attitude and wouldn’t say anything when I showed them it was wrong just turned away

They discontinued the root beer float and told us that the sweet cream float was similar, IT IS NOT. it tastes so bad. Like sour milk. I almost gagged. NEVER buy this. The after taste is horrible. Obviously the staff has never tasted this beverage. It’s sweet cream mixed with lemonade. Like who created that. No. Absolutely not.

I stopped in last night before work and ordered a combo. The sweet potato fries were soggy and the coffee was not hot and it tasted bad/old. I called and asked the lady if the coffee was old cuz it’s not hot, she answered “it’s possible”. Wow….

Went in the drive through at 6 in the morning and ordered a hamburger, fries and the chipotle dipping sauce. The hamburger was slightly burnt but that’s whatever, the reason I gave it a one star was because the burger tasted like fish. The only way I could eat the half I did was the dip it in the sauce. Had to throw the rest out in your parking lot. Gross.

2 weeks ago we stopped in before work and our order was old and dry, not like it was cold for a little, it was as if it had been sitting for a long time and was horrible.Today we did a mobile order and ordered an ice coffee when we stopped in. Ice coffee had no coffee, it looked like it was spilled down the side of the cup, it was watered down cream and sugar with ice for over $5!!!!!All of our drinks were double double, at least tasted of it and yet none of them were labeled or supposed to be the same.I paid over $30 and the only part of our order today that was any good was the burger.Disappointed waste of money and will not be back for anything but a refund!

The girl who worked at the cash last night was so grumpy, they need to talk to her about customer service and not giving people death glares for walking in. But besides that, food is always good here and it's one of the better locations in terms of not forgetting toppings/sauces. The bathroom has high security measures to keep non-customers out, so if you're an introvert, or just feel degraded as an adult needing permission to go to the washroom, the code is 7672*

Usually stop in late night and go through the drive through, and surprisingly, the service is always quick and on point, food is a 9/10, and the staff are so friendly. Would recommend 100%. A staff member recommended the sweat cream root beer float i believe it's called, and now I can't go to an A&W without getting one.

Opened up poutine box and was so disappointed. This is embarrassing A&W! The box is only half full of fries, can count the cheese curds on one hand, barely any gravy and certainly not enough to melt the cheese curd. I paid $5.29+tax for this!? Person who put this together doesn’t seem to care about the quality of their work which is a direct reflection of the store manager not insisting everyone do their best to keep customers happy. Won’t be back with so many other choices in the city.
