Love a&w but not the service.They are always miserable and give lots of attitude and mess up your orders!The buddy burger is amazing tho and cheaper then a McDouble so can’t complain because the food being good is more important then the employees hate making burgers.but at-least McDonald’s has some enthusiasm within the work place!But in the end I choose a&w over McDonald’s any day. Scratch that actually I would still eat them both same day!

I have never, EVER received such AWFUL service like I did tonight, at this location (Caledonia). I have also never left a bad review for anyone on Google … but it was honestly SO disturbing I feel like I need to, unfortunately. A simple onion ring for fry swap, should have been easy (especially because I PAID MORE FOR THE ONION RINGS … and wanted the cheaper fries). The manager argued with me about the simple switch. Then he didn’t even give them to me on the tray with the other food I ordered. When I went back to tell them I didn’t receive the fries, they acted like they didn’t believe me (which I offered for them to come look at my tray at the table). When I finally got them, I went to put the A&W spice on them and the lid fell off and the whole bottle of spice fell onto the fries (making them inedible) … forcing me to take them back to the counter and now ask for a replacement. From there, the woman (who I believe was also a manager) rolled her eyes at me before getting me the replacement. The management at this location are exceptionally rude, unprofessional and clearly don’t value customer service!!! I will NEVER return to this location again, and encourage the franchise head to seriously review this location if they value their restaurants. What a massive disservice they are doing to the A & W name!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. A couple of months ago I ordered some apple pies. They were not in my order. No big deal I called the store and they said I could pick them up next time. I haven't been back for a couple of months. Today I remembered driving past the store so I went through the drive thru to grab them. I was treated so rudely. The man working told me that he couldn't find my name in their book where they write down missed orders. He asked me if I had my receipt, which I didn't from months ago and was never told by the woman on the phone to keep it to show. He berated me at my car window and said he was only going to give me one. I told him that it wasn't my fault that their system of tracking missing orders wasn't foolproof. A&W you have lost an entire family of customers because of your disgusting customer service and an apple pie you refused me which I paid for. You are thieves for taking peoples money and not giving them what they paid for.

Today's visit I went through the drive-thru ordering with Pleasant, paying was pleasant, I ordered 3 buddy burgers , the young lady told me that it would be bout 3 minutes until the meet was ready so if I could kindly pull up and someone will be out to bring me my order in just a few minutes. Of course I did as directed and pulled up thinking to myself that it wasn't that busy so my order should be out very soon , I was wrong I waited for nearly 15 minutes and watched about 15 cars exciting the drive thru with their full ordered. I was just about to get on my car until I noticed the gentleman coming out.I probably wouldn't have made this review if I didn't get one of my buddy with the biggest chunk of onion ... I've ever seen.

The cashier working there ignored everyone at the counter as she was preparing a drive-thru order. She stood and waited while that order was cooked and didn't even acknowledge us at the counter. I walked out after standing there for 10 minutes. Worst fast food restaurant I've ever been to... horrible service.

**Edit: Aww we really liked this place but the new (to us) morning woman is really unpleasant. Non-morning people shouldn't be given or accept morning shifts.- 1⭐️ now that we have to be leery of who is on shiftNice location. Staff are always pleasant. Food is great - way better than McDonald's. You will typically wait a minute or two for your order but good food takes time.

We stopped here when we were driving through town on a quiet Sunday afternoon. There was no one inside and the staff was very attentive to our needs. Had a tasty quick lunch in a clean shop. No complaints.Vegan? The beyond meat burger is seasoned just like all their burgers. Just remember, ask for no mayo.Update: Slowest drive-thru ever. If you’ve got a chance, step inside.
